Every great drink has a story—and this one starts right here in San Antonio’s Southside.
Back in 2017, Southside Craft Soda co-founder Andrew Anguiano had a thought: What if cola could taste like home? Not some overcomplicated, laboratory-flavored version—but something real. Something that reminded you of backyard cookouts, Sunday afternoons, and that unmistakable South Texas sunshine.
Enter Gregg Spickler, a brewer with a knack for making good things even better. The two had crossed paths years before at Alamo Beer Company, and when they teamed up again, the sparks (and bubbles) started flying.
Their mission was simple: create a cola that’s familiar—but with South Texas swagger. They pulled inspiration from the region’s cross-cultural roots, where flavors blend as effortlessly as conversations around a family table.
So what makes TexaCola different? It’s got that smooth, classic cola vibe—but with a bright citrus kick that nods to the Rio Grande Valley, where oranges, lemons, and limes practically grow in your backyard. Add in a touch of pure cane sugar, and you’ve got a cola that’s refreshing, balanced, and just a little unexpected.
TexaCola isn’t just a soda—it’s a shoutout to where we’re from. It’s the flavor of South Texas, bottled (well, now canned) and ready to roll.
TexaCola. Made in South Texas. Poured with pride.
