Ingredients:

3 cucumber slices

Juice of 1 lime

3–4 mint leaves

1.5 oz gin

6 oz Limoncito®

Ice


Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, muddle cucumber, lime juice, and mint.

  2. Add gin and ice, then shake well.

  3. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.

  4. Top with Limoncito® and gently stir.


Garnish (optional): Cucumber slice + mint sprig

Instructions

La Niña Fresa

A strawberry-kissed margarita inspired by San Antonio paletas—bright, juicy, and made to celebrate.
 

Ingredients:

1.5 oz tequila

0.5 oz triple sec (adjusted for balance)

6 oz Limoncito®

Fresh strawberries (sliced)

1 strawberry paleta

Hawaiian sea salt (for rim)

Ice or light-up cubes ✨ 


Instructions:

  1. Rim glass with Hawaiian sea salt.

  2. Add ice or light-up cubes.

  3. Pour in tequila, triple sec, and Limoncito®.

  4. Stir gently to combine.

  5. Add fresh strawberries and place the paleta directly in the drink.

Ingredients:

2 oz Texas spiced rum

1 oz coconut rum

4 oz pineapple juice

0.5 oz blue curaçao

4 oz Limoncito®

Ice


Instructions

  1. Fill glass with ice.

  2. Add spiced rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and lime.

  3. Top with Limoncito® and stir gently.

Lavender Shandy

Lavender Lemon Base (Batch):

8 oz lemon juice

4 oz lavender syrup

Stir together and set aside.


Ingredients (Single Serve):

2 oz lavender lemon base

4 oz Limoncito®

Crushed ice


Optional Spirits:

1 oz gin or

4 oz Kölsch or golden ale


Instructions

  1. Fill glass halfway with crushed ice.

  2. Add lavender lemon base.

  3. Top with Limoncito® and stir gently.

  4. Add optional spirit or beer if desired.

Dried lavender stalks
Candied lemon slice
 

Candied Lemon (Garnish):

Ingredients:

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Thin lemon slices (⅛–¼ inch)

Instructions:

  1. Bring water and sugar to a boil, then reduce heat.

  2. Add lemon slices and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Remove and cool on a lined surface.


Lavender Syrup


Ingredients:

1 cup water

1 cup sugar

4–6 dried lavender stalks
 

Instructions:

  1. Bring water and sugar to a boil.

  2. Add lavender and reduce heat.

  3. Simmer for 5 minutes, then cool and strain.
