A lively take on a lemony agua fresca found in South Texas. Our craft soda artfully blends lemons, limes, honey,  and pure cane sugar to deliver a perfect burst of flavor. Limoncito® enhances any fiesta. For the best taste, serve chilled or mix with a celebratory beverage!

Southside Fizz

In a cocktail shaker muddle 3 cucumbers slices, juice of a whole lime and 3-4 mint leaves. Once muddled add 1.5 parts of gin. Add ice and shake. 

In a collins glass, place slice of cucumber on bottom, add ice. Pour ingredients in shaker over ice. Add 6 oz of Limoncito on top and slightly stir.  Add a slice of cucumber and mint as garnish if preferred.  

NEED A DRINK QUICK? 1 part vodka/gin, 6 oz. Limoncito and Ice

White Wine Spritzer

In a wine glass, pour 3 oz Limoncito and 3 oz white wine over ice. Add lemon wedge for garnish. 

Vodka Cherry Limoncito

In a mason jar combine 1 oz Vodka, Top with 6 oz of Limoncito, stir in cherry juice to your liking. Stir well. Garnish with lime wedge and cherry. 

River Parade Fishbowl Fiesta 

We love our San Antonio river and it deserves the perfect Fiesta drink. Our salute to our home is obviously awesome.

 

1-2 cups ice

Fill Bowl with 1-2 bottles of Limoncito

Drench with Blue Curacao (About One cup)

4-6 Ounces Vodka (Wheatley Vodka (by Buffalo Trace)

Nerds Candy to fill bottom

1/2 cup of Triple Sec

 

*You are allowed to take the liberty of adding as much or not as much as you need! Make it the way you want it.

 

DON'T FORGET! Make it the riverwalk by adding the following:

 

A fork (it's the riverwalk)

A rubber duck (it's the riverwalk)

Light up cubes

Bendy straws & umbrellas

La Niña Fresa

This perfect Fiesta drink hits all the flavory notes! A margarita with a San Antonio strawberry paleta twist.

 

1.5 ounces Tequila 

1/2 cup Triple Sec

1-12 ounce Limoncito

Fresh strawberries

Strawberry Paleta

Salted Rim (Hawaiian Sea Salt)

Light up cubes

 

Rim the glass with salt. Add the light up ice cubes. Stir in the ingredients.

 

MOCKTAIL IT: Simply use a strawberry paleta, strawberries and Limoncito to make a fun Fiesta drink!

The most Puro San Antonio Cocktail we have ever made. La Niña Fresa combines Tequila and a Strawberry paleta, refreshing and boozy.  

Limorita

In a glass combine 2 oz of Tequila, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, 1/2 oz of orange liqueur, 1 oz lime juice, 1/2 cup of Limoncito and garnish with salt and lime for garnish. 

NIO-SAY Whaaat?

No matter how you say it, this drink is super suave. Using local ingredients, you will perpetually be reminded of NIOSA's College Night.

 

2 oz Seersucker Gin (cause it's local!)

2 oz Fevertree Tonic Water
(glows under black light)

1/2 cup of Pink Lemonade

Little bit Rose Gold cocktail glitter

1 Limoncito bottle to top off

Ice

Light up cubes...cause it's Fiesta!

 

*The oils in the gin vs the acid in the pink lemonade will make the glitter swirl around constantly with the ice. It will be beautiful!

Quick and easy, Agua De Sirena, is a fun cocktail that gives us the tropical feels all year long. 

Agua De Sirena

2oz Texas Spice Rum 

1oz Coconut Rum

4oz Pineapple Juice

.5oz Blue Curacao

Squeeze of fresh lime

Mix ingredients and top with our Limoncito.

Core out a pineapple and have fun adding oranges, pineapple pieces, and flowers

Lavender Shandy

8 oz Lemon Juice

4 oz Lavender Syrup

1 Southside Craft Soda Limoncito

Garnish

3 stalks Dried Lavender
3 slices Candied Lemon Crushed Ice

 

 In a small pitcher, combine Lemon Juice and Lavender Syrup, stir well. Fill zombie glass 1/4 way with crushed ice. Add Candied Lemon slice and fill to half with more ice. Slowly pour 4 oz Southside Craft Soda Limoncito over ice. Top with 2 oz mixer. Garnish with Dried Lavender stalk.
 

Optional Spirits
1 oz Gin or
4 oz Kolsch or Golden Ale

Candied Lemon
Over medium heat, bring 1c Water and 1c Sugar to a boil; reduce heat. Add thin slices of lemon (1/8 - 1/4") and simmer 5 min. Carefully remove from heat and cool on silicone-lined baking sheet.

 

Lavender Syrup
Over medium heat, bring 1c Water and 1c Sugar to a boil. Add in 4-6 dried lavender stalks, broken into pieces. Reduce heat, simmer 5 min. Let cool before storing.

A River Parade Fishbowl is the most fun we've ever had making a cocktail. Lots of fun to make and sip!
