Texas Sangria Mocktail

½ cup of white grape juice

1 TexaCola
 

Place slices in a pitcher

1 orange (sliced, 1/4-inch thick)

1 lemon (sliced, 1/4-inch thick)

1 lime (sliced, 1/8-inch thick)

2 ​apples (cored and chopped)

Add Ice to a pitcher, place fruit inside. Pour grape juice and TexaCola into pitcher. Stir and serve over ice. Garnish with an orange slice.

TexaLibre (Texas Liberty) Cocktail

1 Lime Wedge (For Extra Lime Taste)

2 Parts Dark or Añejo Rumm

4 Parts TexaCola

Fill a 12-ounce glass with ice cubes. Pour in the rum and TexaCola. Squeeze lime, and serve. 

Southside Old Fashioned Cocktail

1.5 oz Texas Whiskey

1/2 oz Southside TexaCola Simple Syrup

1/2 oz peach liquer

2 dashes orange bitters

2 dashes black lemon bitters

Fill a tumbler 1/2 way with ice. Combine the above ingredients and stir to combine. Using a cocktail strainer pour into a rocks glass with ice (large square or sphere cubes are the coolest). Using a peeler, peel a piece of orange rind and twist it over the glass to release the oils, lightly rub around the rim and drop in the glass. 

TexaCola Simple Syrup

2 cups TexaCola

1 cup sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

In a small saucepan combine the sugar and TexaCola and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer stirring occasionally. Once sugar is completely dissolved remove from heat and let cool. Add vanilla once cooled. Store refrigerated. 

 

Pig Stand Cocktail

3 Strawberries, squished

3 Blueberries, squished

Squirt of Honey

.5oz Lime Juice

1.5oz Fassionola Syrup
(recipe below)

2oz  Bourbon

4.5oz  Texa Cola
 

Muddle berries, honey and lime in bottom of shaker. Add Fassionola, bourbon and ice - shake. Strain, add Texacola, pour over ice in cocktail glass. Garnish with tropical fruits and flowers.

Fassionola Syrup
In a large saucepan, combine 2c strawberries, 1c blueberries, 1/2 c raspberries, 1c passionfruit pulp, 1/2c pineapple juice, 1/2c water, 2c sugar, and two hibiscus tea bags. Bring to a simmer and cook 10-20 minutes, until fruit breaks down. Remove tea bags, transfer to blender and process until smooth. Cool before storing.

Spiked Cherry TexaCola Cocktail

Fill a glass with ice, measure 1oz of your favorite black cherry vodka, add 1/2oz grenadine and give it a good stir. Pour 5oz of chilled Texa Cola over this mixture and top with a cherry garnish.

Malibu, Texas Cocktail

A quick and easy cocktail for those hot summer days! Mix 1 part Malibu Rum and 2 parts Texa Cola. Pour over ice and enjoy! Thats it! 

TexaMotxo (Kalimotxo)

3 Parts TexaCola

1 Part Pinot Grigio

Lemon Peel

Fill a wine glass 3/4 of the way with a cold TexaCola. Top with a Pinot Grigio. Add ice. Using a peeler, peel a slice of lemon and twist it over the glass to release some oils, then lightly rub it around the rim and drop in the glass.
