A Cobb salad and a TexaCola; now that's what we call a balanced meal. This Tuesday one of our followers introduced us to our new favorite lunch from Rosella Coffee Co. on 203 E Jones Ave, Suite 101.
From 8am-11am Rosella offers an array of breakfast including avocado toast, waffles, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. After 11am come the delicious lunch options. Hot or cold sandwiches, salads, bagels, toast, and hummus platters are some of the tasty options offered.
Pictured above is their Cobb Salad which consists of spring mix, roasted chicken, house-made buttermilk ranch, egg, avocado, bacon, bleu cheese, and tomato. The fresh combinations of all these ingredients and the thirst quenching citrus cola taste of a cold TexaCola make this the perfect lunch on a warm summer afternoon.
