It's Tuesday again and you know what that means! It's Tasty TexaCola Tuesday where we head out to find the best meals and snacks that pair with a TexaCola. As you can probably guess, it's everyone's favorite day at work.
Today our stop was the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Antonio Brooks Hotel & Spa located on 7610 S New Braunfels Ave. This all-suite hotel is just 11 minutes from the Alamo and includes various amenities from their outdoor pool, full service spa, meeting spaces, and (our favorite) their onsite restaurant, Nineteen17. Nineteen17 offers a broad spectrum of cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients.
The entire menu looked delicious but today we tried their short rib brisket burger cleverly named, “The Burger”. This burger was served with bacon, rosemary parmesan tots, and, of course, an ice cold TexaCola. There’s not a more classic meal than a burger and soda and this combo added a texmex twist to the old favorite!
