Job description
The Sales and Marketing Assistant is responsible for maximizing sales and distribution of all products on assigned accounts and prospects. Assisting in customer check-ins, marketing, order placements, cold-calling, and coordinating delivery efforts as needed to accomplish company performance goals. Additionally, doing store checks as needed and monitoring social media and website inquiries. Driving will be involved. Flexible schedule. Essential Functions:
Work directly with Sales & Marketing Director to accomplish goals
Builds strong relationships with customers
Addresses customer needs in a timely manner
Assist bar, restaurant & retail growth through the execution sales & marketing program
Manage quality of all Company products to ensure that the best product is available for sale
Assist with merchandising as needed
Completes administrative duties in a timely fashion
Executes all responsibilities of this position with Company’s policies and guidelines.
Participate in periodic samplings
Other office duties as needed

Ability to use email, make phone calls and write clearly.
Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Minimum Qualifications Junior/Senior/Masters college student or; Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Sales experience Basic knowledge of craft beverage industryQualifications: • Valid state motor vehicle license
• Must have own vehicle
Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:
use hands to handle products, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
frequently required to reach with hands and arms
occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and climb or balance.
